Nathan designed its ultralight Firecatcher Hydration Race Vest for long-distance runners with minimalist priorities. The wall mesh shoulder straps bring all the breathability you need on desert runs in hot weather, and the slide-adjustable chest strap fits the vest perfectly across your body for a bounce-free ride. You can slide a 50-ounce (1.5L) bladder (not included) in the Ergological back sleeve for race days, or stuff another layer in the sleeve and rely on the included two 10-ounce flasks for shorter runs around town. The Firecatcher also features a stretch mesh pocket for your smartphone, an overlaying mesh stash pouch stores all the gels you need for long races, and a pill pocket for electrolyte tabs.
