A versatile shape makes the Naish Nalu Series Stand-UP Paddleboard ideal for novice paddlers, flat water cruisers, and small-wave surfers who like the feel of a longboard style ride. Both the 11'6" and the 11'4" benefit from Naish's durable but performance-based sandwich wood construction that uses an EPS foam core.
- Ride the 11"6' rail-to-rail like a shorter board, but this longer deck offers a stable and buoyant ride for surfers 200lbs and up
- Thinner and offering more outline rocker, the nimble 11'4" accommodates lighter riders by balancing out its lower volume with a proportional width to create a forgiving platform
- Smaller surfers or high-performance minded vets should go short, while everyone else can enjoy an extended ride on the bigger Nalu

This is a great board if you're looking for versatility. I've used it for both salt and freshwater touring, downwinders, surfing head high waves, and also as a floating platform for the kids while out at the lake. It's good at doing just about everything, but doesn't quite excel so much at anything either. It's a good all around board, and if you only have the money for one board, this would be a great choice. The only real complaint I have with the Naish boards is there's no sort of protective coat over the paint, so your paint job will be messed up at some point no mater what you do. That's a pretty minor complaint though.
