A frying pan and two pots in the MSR Duralite Gourmet Cookset make it easy to prepare multi-course meals for three to four people, while the triple-coated Duralite surface adds durability. The Duralite Gourmet Cookset's lid fits the 7.25-inch frying pan and both 1.5-and 2-liter pots. Save finger skin with the PanHandler, and use the Packtowel for drying and storage.

This set is really good. You can't go wrong with MSR, clearly an industry leader in backpacking cookware. I like this set as it provides 2 bowls and a frying pan.
I also include the handle, and MSR folding cookware (spoon, laddle and spatuala) inside easily. Frankly add some waterproof matches and a film canister with vaseline-soaked cotton balls inside, and you are good to go!!

In terms of handling the heat, no sweat. Titanium is tough stuff. Two things though. 1) Campfires will char and blacken these things, they'll be covered in soot and that's not very fun to clean. 2) Titanium is notorious for having 'hot-points' in the material, which means uneven cooking. Having an even flame from a stove keeps things cooking fairly normally, but the random heat of flames could leave food burnt to a crisp in one half of your pot and doughy in another part.Pack a stove, they're worth it.

MSR should have rolled the edges more, sliced a finger open when cleaning the pot. Nice set though.

I've used this cook set for years now and I love it. I use it almost everyday and it is still high quality. The black on the outside has started to tear off, but it doesn't affect it in any way but the look. These are great for car camping, where weight isn't that important.
