Does anyone know if these shorts are good for running and will hold up on a long run? I have a pair of Asics shorts with the internal compression liner, two pockets in the front, two pockets in the back and all 4 pockets have zippers. They're great shorts for long runs with room to stash TP, gels, gloves or whatever. That's what I'm really looking for. Does anyone know shorts like that? I've been searching for 3 years. My Asics are falling apart. Thanks

Patagonia Ultra Shorts have loads of pockets, but a regular crepe liner. I have used these for the last few years and love them for, well, ultras. Check out the reviews. It looks like the 2009 model may have nailed it.
