Mountainsmith made the handles large enough to fit over your shoulders for long carries into the woods. A clear top panel lets you see everything inside without digging through the Deluxe Cube's 1600cu inch main compartment.

Sometimes it's nice to leave the daypack at home, and have a bag to just haul stuff around in (e.g., if you're going to the beach or pool). This bag is slightly larger than a cloth grocery bag. But its sides are padded/insulated, the top zips shut, and it has an outside pocket. This bag seems well-made (but the top isn't really clear enough to see what's in the bag). This would be a great bag to load up with food for car camping or a skiing weekend.
