Snake River Pant - Women's

A performance quick-dry pant shaped just for the ladies, the Mountain Khakis Women’s Snake River Pant fits the bill for any hike, climb, or saunter along the river. A straight-leg cut gives the pant a refined fit that you can wear around the town or into work without feeling frumpy. And on days spent in the big ol’ outdoors, you’ll appreciate lightweight, packable fabric with triple-stitched seams and reinforced cuffs. Because trousers do you no good if they fall apart along the trail.

Bottom Line: Soft and strong at the same time.

Longs not long enough

By:

For those of us who are tall, the "long" wasn't as long as The North Face or Columbia pants I purchased in the same size/style. I'm returning these for that reason even though they were great otherwise.

Snake River for traveling, fishing...working...just life in general

I have the pants and shorts and love them both. They fit really well and while being flattering are also very durable. I don't feel like I need to "baby" them.
Definitely better than most synthetic pants I've owned in the past.

"Long" is definitely NOT long

These pants were okay, besides the fact that the long, which claims to have a 34" inseam, is not at all long. I'd guess it's between 30-31 inches. I'm 5'11" and the longs didn't even come to my ankles.

Otherwise, the pants were okay, but nothing spectacular. The fit was fine, lots of movement capability. I wish they'd been longer as they'd make a great pair of climbing pants. I guess I'll just stick with prana!

We took a quick measurement of these pants, and the longs are a 31.5" inseam, not a 34".

Great Hiking and Climbing Pant

By:
April 9, 2010

Took these climbing last weekend and loved them. They fit comfortably under both my backpack while hiking and under my climbing harness, resisted abrasion on the rock, and kept me cool on a hot spring day. They are my new MK favorites. The 2 fit true to size and the regular length worked well for me at 5'4".
