Great cords that go from the office to the trail head without flinching. I personally don't like the double pockets but that's minor. The construction of these pants is outstanding and I expect them to last for many years.

super soft and comfortable and they fit great. I'm on my second pair. I'm tall and thin and the fit is just right. I have noticed that after about a year the color fades in the slate blue and the thigh area turns slightly purple from fading.

I love these way these pants are constructed and the fabric is really comfortable. Be warned: the length runs a bit long (at least on the pair I got) so I can only wear these with boots. They would drag the floor if I were to wear them with sneakers.

Im short and fat. 36 x 30 in most brands, although sometimes those sizes can be too tight. I read some reviews for another Mtn. Khaki pant product and it seems like sort of a guessing game when it comes to ordering.... anyone know if I should order a 38 instead?

I would measure where you want your pants to sit on your hips. Mountain Khakis fit true to size, whereas many brands add 1/2-1" to feed your ego. If you measure a 36", I would order a 36." The cords also have lycra, so they may feel a little baggier than other MKs, but most people fit in the same size, whether buying cords or Original Mountain Pants. As for the length, there is a 1/2" built into the pant length since the fabric will shrink a little if put in the dryer. Enjoy!

I love my Mountain Khakis. They are the only pants I have ever owned that actually fit me, I can finally wear pants without a belt if I want to. The cottonwood Cord Pants are wicked, you can wear them out for diner, or our for a hike. The double front pockets are also a very smart addition.
