Who doesn't want potatoes on the trail? Add a little salt to make this meal truly delicious! And be sure to add a little less water than it says, unless you want soupy potatoes...

Cheesy goodness!

    This entree is the perfect size lunch for my husband and I and we really enjoyed it! Just be sure to mix the water in well with the powder, then let it set. This mixture is nice and cheesy, the broccoli is super good in the mix too. So much better then plain potatoes. This meal is vegetarian safe and I would recommend it to all!

      Great Addition...

        This side dish is great to mix in with rice or couscous and would go great with many Indian entrees. We had it with curried couscous and flatbread, which was a great meal after 3000 miles of vert and 4 miles through the Uinta Mountains. I will definitely buy again!

          When I am backpacking with friends, we usually get lots of different kinds of food and then share to taste the different foods. The Potatoes and Cheddar comes with us on every trip. We use it as a side dish for the main meal. This is a good one.
