The Mountain Hardwear Men’s Tilton Shirt is a casual button-up that you can feel good about. Why? The fabric is really comfortable. The shirt looks sharp, too. The bottom button is actually a nut (like their logo), and they've sewn a nut on the back of the shirt as well - really cool. The fit is nice, length is long enough, leans a bit on the slim side, but not enough to size up.

I often find it odd that there are times when clothing makers don't seem to follow the industry standard for sizes. Why is it that this shirt fit me snug and another shirt I bought (Marmot Vista Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's) fit me a bit too big? The material of this shirt is great and I know I'll get years out of it during the summer months and I like the color (lava), but I just can't get over the fact that for a large it fits a bit snug and I'm normally built 32" waist and a 42" chest at 6'2". I do like the shirt though.

I am a 47 and the XL fit me well; maybe a wee touch snug but was what I expected. It is a great looking, well-constructed shirt and I could not be happier with it. Typical Mountain Hardware 1st class product.

All the Mountain Hardware shirts that I tried run small. I typically wear either a small or a medium. Certainly order the larger size if you are in-between sizes.
