I love these pants but the sizing screwed me up. I have a pair of black tambora genes in a size 10 so thats what I ordered. They were way too small. Don't want to pay shipping again so I will not be ordering another pair. I love the ones I have.

I love these pants. Fit is great for narrow hips, long legs. Will buy in all colors offered!

I now have two pair of Tambora Gene pants, so I guess I'm pretty happy with them. Love the soft micro-cord fabric, long length and the fit is good--except the waist gapes in back so a belt is necessary. I'm 5'6" 120lb and the size 8 are just a little loose on me, but that's fine for chasing the kids around & traveling. The overall look of these pants is fairly casual, with the raw edge hems. Wish they came in other colors...green, blue, black, anything.

Nice fabric, Good color. Nice to have a choice of lengths...but these are NOT regular rise pants. I have many Mt. Hardwear pants/shorts (love the Arroyo shorts) which all fit my small, slim frame nicely. I ordered one size up in these (just in case) and they were still too tight in the legs and hips - but extremely large in the waist (or hip I guess, since these appear to hit several inches below the belly button)

I'm sad that I couldn't get the Mountain Hardwear Tambora Gene Pant to fit. They are made with a very soft material, and cute style. My normal size 4 had a far too small waist though, and the 6 was too big everywhere else.

I found these to fit true to size, I have really short legs and often have trouble finding a good pant, but the shorts fit me great, they are super comfortable to!
