Lets talk about Super Powers

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit:True to size

I got this back in Nov 2013. It has suited me well. It is indeed fitted but i am not the most fit person. Got some body fat. at 5'9" and 170 lbs this thing makes me look like a stud (Got a med). Makes me feel like I have super powers. It is incredibly soft and warm. I wear it out on my mountain biking expeditions and it works perfectly. Although on cold windy days below 40F it is best to wear a wind stopper and not this. Although it makes a good base layer when the skiing or snowboarding.

So temps 45 F and up it works nicely. It is Soft. It is Colorful and Stylish. Everyone loves it. Great big pockets for i pod or phone for running or riding. The poly does not start to form a smell for a while. like 3 days of riding, if you are just wearing it it never smells. Great casual wear. Easy washings too. And makes you feel like a rock star.

Great product!

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer

I received this jacket as a present and it has become one of my favorites. It keeps me warm and dry while it's also good looking.

Slim fit, flexible, with convenient pockets and I like the hood which keeps me warm in cold mornings

21st Century Unabomber

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit:True to size

I bought this hoodie to upgrade my standard issue gray una-bomber style sweatshirt and if I could wear it every day I would be a happy man. I may ask to get buried in it.

Great slim fit, light weight, and flexible. Shark color matches the web image (please note - I purchased this item in 2012 so not sure if this is the same style offered today).

5'9" 180 size M

Super nice hoodie

Just got this and so far I'm a fan. Great for running in the low-40's.

Like another reviewer, I didn't receive the style pictured. I ordered it in "shark" , and it seems like I got the new version (at least according to the mountain hardware website I actually like the current style better, so that's a bonus, but this version does not have the internal chest stash pocket.

    Super nice hoodie

    my cycling fleece

    • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit:True to size

The fleece is what I expected in material - a quick sweat wicking material, rather than a cotton fleece. It keeps me warm when it's in the mid to high 50's. If it gets any lower than that (40-55 degrees), I layer with a my patagonia stretch torrent-shell that I love. I have it 4 stars because the colors did not match the pictures. I ordered the black expecting the blue and yellow trims shown in the pictures, but no problems other than that.

    Great early morning jacket

I bought this as a mid-layer for my MHW Embolden Softshell Jacket and have used it in the early mornings when I first start up the trail. Doesn't overheat too quickly. I bought the Large and it has an athletic fit that is true to size for the cut. I'm, 5'10" and 175lbs

      Great early morning jacket

      Super Hero Hoody

When I put the Super Power Hoody on I feel like a Super Hero. The fabric is stretchy and looks like Superman's costume. It works well as a mid layer and looks good as a casual hoody. I'm not sure why it's called a "fleece" I don't think there is any fleece on it. The hood occasionally gets in the way, flopping from one side of my neck to the other.
