The Mountain Hardwear Women's Cohesion Jacket is a lightweight, waterproof jacket that keeps you comfortable and dry on winter mountain adventures. Mountain Hardwear pulled out all the stops on this bomber jacket. The Cohesion has waterproof, breathable stretch panels in the high mobility areas to ensure that this jacket follows your every move. On deep powder days, the Cohesion allows you to block out the elements thanks to the one-handed hem drawcord and the hook and loop laminated cuff tabs—the Conduit won't protect your face when you're getting over-your-head face-shots, but who cares—you shouldn't be complaining about that anyway!
Bottom Line: The Mountain Hardwear Women's Cohesion Jacket strengthens the bond between woman and winter.

The jacket is aesthetically pleasing (tomato color) and sized for someone who is a little on the tall side with longer arms, so it fit the person who I gave it to rather well. The roll-away hood becomes your collar (i.e. it doesn't fold INTO an existing collar) is a little annoying b/c when it's tucked, it's not that pretty. Pocket zips and pitzips function well. Now I only wish there was a Mountain Hardwear recommendation for what type of insulating layer should go IN to their jacket.
