Why mess with a good thing?
I love my Mountain Hardware sarafin sweater I got two years ago - great fit, great for skiing, warm 2" stand-up thick collar ..... and now, my new sarafin sweater I just received is quite different and disappointingly so - the fit is much tighter in the arms, there are no thumbholes anymore, and the thin, flimsy collar lies flat, preventing the neckline from closing around your neck. So disappointing that Mountain Hardware seems to think that "softening" the sweater was the right move -- they've gotten rid of the best features of the sweater!
Style has changed, not in a good way
I thought this sweater would be a sure thing since I have bought it in previous years [I have it in 5 colors!] but this year's model has changed. The collar is different [lays down instead of stands up] and the neckline is much lower. Boo.
Attractive but small
Fit runs small...usually wear a medium but had to exchange for large. Good looking item.
