Mountain Hardwear Rappel T-Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Women's - 2009 BCS

All though I have been told repeatedly that it is a cardinal rule not to try anything new when running a marathon, when I touched this shirt I knew it was what I had been looking for. I ran the San Diego marathon May 31st and was concerned about sun and heat. I wanted a light weight top that gave me full coverage over my chest and back. This shirt was perfect! I bought it Thursday and wore it around home.The material is soft and creamy. It fit gently over my upper body and provided a perfect layer. Although it turned out to be nice and cool and overcast, I wore the pink/lavender/huckleberry color and enjoyed my second marathon event feeling quite pleased with my decision. I haven't seen the blue color up close but I bought the orange and would happily buy multiples if it came in other fun options. The idea of performance wear is great and I appreciate products that both look great and feels great on. I enjoy soft, supple, touchable materials and great fit. Mountain Hardware achieved both for me with this top! Thank you!!!

Soft light weight shirt...that fits great...dries quick... wore it for the Long Trail.

This shirt is soft, super cute, and pretty decent at wicking, but it pilled pretty badly under my backpack the very first time I wore it hiking. That's really my only quibble about it. It fits well without being tight, and is a good length, not too short or too long. I'm 5'7 and 135 and the medium is a perfect fit.

The Mountain Hardwear Rappel T-Shirt is an amazing active top. It has a curve hugging fit, without being too tight and is very lightweight. I've worn it trail running a bunch and it definitely wicks well. I'm 5"1', 113 and got size S.
