These pants are a trim fit, have a nice rise, the fabric is light weight with a crisp "body" to it, and they look great in the photo. I returned them, though, because I'm a petite size 2, 108 lbs. with muscular thighs, and I felt like an elephant in them. Also, there weren't enough pockets for my needs., but the colors are pretty, and if I were svelte, I'd have kept them.

I bought my Mountain Hardwear Ramesa Convertible pants for a 5 day canoe camping trip in the Boundary Waters. They were perfect: large enough in the leg to not bind while paddling, easy to convert to shorts when the sun came out, quick drying. Washed them when I got home and they look like new, even after miles of paddling and portaging.
