Well made but didn't work

Well-constructed but a Med seemed a little small compared to a Columbia or Eddie Bauer similar medium-sized shirt so had to send it back. It has a weird orange design on the shoulders that wasn't obvious in the online photo, making it not quite suitable as a shirt I could wear to a biz-casual office.
