Great Gift

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
  • Fit: True to size
  • Height: 6' 6"
    Weight: 270 lbs
    Size Purchased: XL

I gave this item as a gift to a friend of mine. He works outside often, and needs the protection from the rain with space for other jackets underneath, and a breathable fabric. This bright orange was perfect also for him to be seen. He loves the pit zips, and extra pockets for his wallet keys and phone. He has hiked a ton in the piece as well, and says it does not snag on branches, and allows him to move without feeling clammy, or restricted.

Dry and light but baggy fit

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The DryQ Elite fabric does a great job of keeping me dry from the outside as well as breathing well enough during high humidity days. The harness is also designed well with a focus on climbing (high pockets, simple design, extremely lightweight, and helmet compatible hood). Unfortunately the fit is pretty boxy and looks more like a trash bag than a performance shell (I'm 5'10" 145 lbs and have a medium, though small is too short in the arms).
