Warm and dry through a stormy trip

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I'm 5'2" 130 lbs and bought a regular - I love the way this bag fits, and I have just enough extra space lengthwise. It's hard to keep extra space warm in most sleeping bags, so I like that this fits my height well. The mummy shape also helps eliminate extra space. I think this bag fits pretty slim, but is flexible enough that I can scrunch up into the weird little ball-shape that I sleep in (I wish they made sleeping pads in a circle!)
This bag packs down into an impossibly small size - like a nalgene bottle. For its size, it's also incredibly warm! I was never cold on my trip, where we believe it got down to 35 F with 60-80mph gusts. Condensation was also never an issue.
I especially love how you can adjust the size of the hood. The zipper and fittings seem pretty sturdy. I'll update my review as I continue to 'put it through the wringer!'
