Great 0 degree bag

Love this bag. Will keep you warm and cozy. Packs down pretty wek and at 5'10" and 165 (male) I found it to be roomy enough for me

Works for the cold.

I am 5’8”and this bag fit me well. I like the room in the foot box. The nylon is super thin which cuts weight, so be careful not to tear. I used this bag 2 nights down to 8 and stayed warm.

My first quality sleeping bag and it was an excellent choice.

I bought this bag for backcountry hunting in Colorado where temps were in the single digits at night. I could not be more pleased as it performed beyond my expectations. Super warm, lightweight, and packs down small.

Bad news!

I purchased this Mountain Hardware sleeping bag several months ago in anticipation of my Mount Whitney trip. However, when I recently took it out of the closet to do inventory for the trip, I noticed that the ring for the drawstring on the hood is not securely attached. Unfortunately, this issue has forced me to cancel my trip. I'm disappointed and frustrated with the quality control of this product, as it was supposed to be a reliable companion for my outdoor adventures.

Amazing

I bought this bag about 10 years ago to climb Rainier in the Spring. It was amazing then. It’s since been the ‘go to’ bag that all my kids fight over. Last night in heavy thunderstorms and rainfall in Wyoming this bag performed so well in a totally wet environment. To stay dry and warm i side while totally wet outside for HOURS is an amazing feat for a lightweight bag like this. So impressed!

Sleeping naked

Just used it on a multi day backcountry trip, where temperatures dropped below zero Celsius multiple nights and I was very comfortable sleeping naked in it. Packs up pretty small and is super light.

Great bag warmth, quality up for debate.

This sleeping bag on my first winter backcountry trip was fantastic. It kept me very warm and dry in sub freezing temps while I had wet items in the bag with me to dry out. Unfortunately when I got back from the trip, upon examining the bag I found the eyelet for the head cinch had broken and down was leaking out. Disappointing build quality for the price of the bag.
