Mountain Hardwear Monkey Pro Jacket - Women's - 2007 BCS

I ordered this jacket because I bought the same one 2 years ago locally..and loved it. Unfortunately in the last 2 years I believe that Mountain Hardware was bought out my Columbia? Well the quality has changed dramatically. The outer shell is not made of the same material and even the zippers are of lower quality. I am now still wearing the one I bought 2 years ago.

This jacket is silky soft inside and out. It does not pill after washing. The hood is round and the perfect shape. It is the only hood that honestly looks cute up. I wore this for insulation under a shell to ski when it was negative out; so warm. I wear it out to casual bars here in Chicago. I have it in black and my yellow lab's hairs don't embed themselves into the fabric. I can just brush them off. It's functional for real outdoor activities and my boyfriend thinks I look really hot in it. Oh yes, did I mention it's pretty much windproof? I could go on...In short, this jacket absolutely rules!

I love this jacket! It is very warm, very soft and comfortable. It is very lightweight for the warmth it gives and not bulky in any way. The fleece material does not pill, shed, or wrinkle. You can machine wash this jacket, tumble it dry and it comes out of the dryer looking like new. This is an awesome jacket!

The Monkey Pro Jacket is not only warm, but extremely cute as well. I am a big fan of Mountain Hardwear (MH) products. I recently lost most of my clothes in Hurricane Katrina, but all of my MH products stayed intact. They're extremely durable products and worth every penny.

Totally awesome jacket, love the hood and it really is windproof! What's better than a soft cozy jacket for winters in Wisonsin? I can't think of much.

I ordered this jacket sight-unseen, based on the Mountain Hardware reputation. I am happy to say I was not disappointed! It is warm and cozy, thick enough to really buffer against cold wind, and has an elegant style. The hood is nice and roomy too, eliminating the need for a hat.

I received this jacket for Christmas and it is probably the warmest fleece I own! It really stops the wind and the green (grasshopper) color is awesome! Lastly, the entire fleece feels like butter!

So cozy and warm! Worth the price, no regrets at all. Not only is it pretty but it is very warm and extremely soft against your skin.

This jacket is the best I have ever had. It is so warm and windproof and so comfortable. I have little kids and hauling them around and getting groceries and what not can be more frustrating wearing a bulky coat so I quit wearing a coat until I found this one. It is also comfortable to wear around the house if you are cold or under a shell for snowboarding. I love it so much I have 2 of them in different colors!!
