This is a great hat. Its simple and goes anywhere. I wear it climbing, hiking, and hanging with friends. its also inexpensive.

I like the fit much better than Northface. Very simple and seems of good quality. Definitely lightweight.

I have always wanted a Mountain Hardwear Hat but I never seemed to find one anywhere. The hat is that -just a black cotton hat with the MHW logo on it. It simple and useful.

The cheap plastic buckle broke after about 2 weeks. You get what you pay for.

This hat is made of quality soft cotton and is very comfortable to wear for any activity. The color matches most of my clothing; color coordination is not an issue.
