Solid Glove

A solid glove that protects your hands. Windproof and water resistant along with a velcro closure on the wrist area. Palm material helps you grab things and these are not bulky gloves. Typical Mountain Hardwear quality.

These are not really warm gloves so I would not recommend them for sub-zero temps.

How do these compare to the MH Torsion gloves? I'm looking for something to be used on warm glacier climbing days....

Responded on

The Torsion isn't waterproof, only resistant. Otherwise, they are similar. The Torsion has a loop for clipping into a carabiner so are somewhat better suited for climbing where waterproofness isn't as important. Honestly though, I can't imagine a situation where that would be the case. Especially not on a glacier.
