Mountain Hardwear Downtown Coat - Women's - 2007 BCS

after haveing a North Face this coat was not made well at all it was'nt comfortable.

I'm 5"3" and I weigh about 107lbs. I ordered both the xs and s sizes. I couldn't close the xs the s was very snug at the hip. I'm very slim though my hips are 35" so that's the widest part of me. I tried it on and walked 2 blocks when I noticed it was all bunched up in front. I had to return this jacket because of that. It also just started to rain when I stepped out. I wasa impressed that the water beaded up immediately. That's a great thing. In general the jacket did seem warm but my arms tend to get very cold and the arms didn't seem very warm but I've noticed that before in jackets and it always feels the same even when it's in the teens as well as the 30's. That might not be a problem for other women. I was dissappointed. Hope this helps someone.

I was looking for something to keep warm through urban winter travel. This jacket is great - Super warm with a look that is leaner than many puffy jackets. It packs up nice and tight (considering it size) and wears well. I am 5'8", size 8 and found the medium to be plenty spacious. The espresso is a soft brown color. Ordering through yo guys was a breeze and it arrived on the day it was promised despite the busy holidays. Thanks from a happy (and warm) first time customer! :)

I bought this coat because I loved my down jacket but it left the bottom half of my body cold. I decided I needed a longer version. This jacket is perfect- it's not too puffy, it fits great, and it's warm. I usually wear a size 10/12 iacket, I bought the large and it's perfect- not too large.

I was disappointed with this coat. The fit was a full size smaller than marked. I returned it and did not try to reorder larger size.

excellent! great length, nice feel, very light but WARM.
