Go bouldering, or just spend a lazy afternoon in the athletic-cut Mountain Hardwear Women's Butter Capri. These attractive pants have a narrow waist and a straight leg with a slightly flared hem. The look is casual, but Mountain Hardwear built them from a stretchy quick-dry fabric, so they're suitable on the trail too. The low-profile waist won't bind uncomfortably under a pack's hip belt.
Bottom Line: The Butter Capri is a technical trail pant you'll wear for plenty of off-trail activities like yoga or hanging out.

These are incredibly comfortable and versatile! After literally at least 100 washes they have not faded at all and are still super soft like all of MH's butter line! Love them...they always get thrown in my suitcase no matter where I am going!

No where it says these are a tight fitting technical capri. They are meant to be loose fitted and comfy. lounging in is what I would recommend these for. Tighten up the waist for some bouldering. I like comfy capris to boulder in.
Not a technical outdoor pant

This pant is made of soft material and is comfortable to wear around the house, but is way too baggy to run, climb, or do yoga in. I am not sure why the description says that it is a close-fitting pant, because it definitely is not. The drawstring is also constantly getting pulled back into the waistband no matter how many knots I tie in the string. I would not recommend this to someone looking for a fast-drying technical capri tight.
