Mountain Hardwear Butter Button-Up Shirt - Long-Sleeve - Women's - 2008 BCS

Really great shirt. It feels amazing and wears like an athletic shirt but has a little style and character to it. It does run a bit snug. I have another butter shirt in XS but I am so glad that I read reviews and ordered a small. I could not have worn and XS. Wear it all the time!!

I'm 5ft 90lbs, and the XS fits me perfect. This is a very fitted, skin-tight top which will show off all your curves! The lenght is longer, but it doesn't entirely cover my butt - it provides just enough coverage over my super low-rise jeans.

I am 5'11/150lb and the M is perfect. Always perfect temp and comfortable and no hood or zip neck to deal with. The second color fabric with the tie at the neck is sticked all the way in as a double layer - not right on the edge creating more bulk. There is an additional seam that runs across the waist and is sewn in the same contrast thread as the rest, I figure this is a concept picture. You can see the break in the photo - that is where the additional seam appears. I am extreemly sensitive and picky about fit and seams and I think I will get all the colors they offer.

This is a fantastic shirt. Two things for a potential buyer. The red color is a bit brighter in person, which I love. Also it does run a size small. I have a different style Mtn. Hardware butter shirt in XS. After reading other reviews I ordered a S and it is perfect. I can't wait to camp in it next weekend. I think it will be great to wear all day and soft enough to keep wearing when I jump in my sleeping bag at night. I highly recommend this shirt!!!

Cute shirt and very nice material, however fits very tight. I returned because it fit too tight for my preference.

This is one of those not-too-hot/not-too-cold shirts that I wear as much as I possibly can. The fabric is wonderful and feels like heaven on your skin. The fit is definitely form-fitting and the fabric is clingy, so be prepared to show every curve or bulge, depending on your build. I ordered a medium and I'm 5'5" and 130 lbs with a 34B cup size and the shirt is fitting everywhere except the bust - it's pretty big in the chest area on me. The shirt length is quite long, which I like because I have a long torso.

I love the whole butter line- they feel amazing. Before this shirt was released I usually stuck with the man's 1/2 butter, because the thumb loops were further up the arms, creating more coverage on my knuckles than the female butters. But this particular shirt keeps my hands toasty snug while fitting me like a girl's shirt. I feel beautiful in it and have gotten so many compliments! Plus, it is just techie enough that I do not feel like I have caved to the world of fashion, completely.

I always receive a compliment when I wear this shirt. It clings to your frame so you have to be happy with your curves. The fabric is soft and "buttery" as the name implies. A great shirt for airplane travel. I tend to be cold in planes and this shirt is warm and cozy. More so when you slip your thumbs through the openings in the cuffs. I bought a second one in black. Recommended!
