The Mountain Hardwear Agama Backpack’s multi-use sleeve could fit a few notebooks or some office papers, but that would mean you’re going to work. Better to load this pack up with your bike helmet or bouldering shoes and head to the mountains.

Yes it has a sleve for a latptop. Additionally, the sleeve is padded for those heavy weight laptops.

Bought this bag to carry a Dell 6400E (14.1 inch laptop). All I can say is it does the job WELL! You can most likely fit a 15 inch laptop (standard not wide screen) into this bag. The straps are well cushioned. On the left side of the strap there is a cell phone pocket/holder.
If your not looking to over spend for a bag for everyday use. This is would be a great choice. You won't regret it.

does this pack have only one zippered compartment; the picture looks like it has two full zippered compartments PLUS the mesh outside pocket on the front. any other pics? Also, it has two bottle holders on either side of the pack?

It has two zipper compartments. One zip to access the main compartment of the pack and another to access the organizer pocket on the front of the pack. Yes, it has two water bottle holders... one on either side. Cheers!

It works really well if all you're carrying is a days worth of supplies. Hydration works well with this pack. For it's size, I feel like there is not as much usable room or as many accessory pockets as there could be. A slimmer design would help.
