The Mountain Hardwear 1st Dimension sleeping bag is a 30F synthetic bag that will keep you warm as temps approach freezing, and keep you cool when the mercury starts to rise. The 1st Dimension features Mountain Hardwear's Quantum expander, allowing you to stay zipped for warmth or unzip for an extra 8in of room and greater ventilation. An alternative to down, the 1st Dimension's Polarguard Delta is a durable, lofty continuous filament insulation. Shingle construction maximizes loft, a trapedzoidal footbox is shaped more like you, and a multi-panel contoured hood seals in warmth.
Bottom Line: Sometimes you sleep under the stars, and sometimes you crash on your friend's futon.

I just got mine in the mail. Not only does Backcountry ship fast but they have excellent customer service. I haven't used it in the elements yet. What I can tell you is that the Quality is great. The expanding zipper makes more room if you squirm around at night. It is a little hard to get into the stuff sack. I am getting a compression sack for it though. Good all around bag.
