    Lend your feet a hand.

Ditch the cheap stock insoles and grab the Montrail Enduro Sole Footbed for your trail running shoes. This thermo-moldable insole flexes with your foot’s natural range of motion while still providing solid arch support. A synthetic top sheet helps wick away moisture on long, hot runs, and a rebound heel pad absorbs excess shock on rough terrain. This insole is ideal for medium to high arches and high-volume footwear.

    What a Difference!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size

I was about to return the new snowboard boots I'd gotten because I just couldn't get them to fit right -- they were too big, and the size below was too small. Decided to try these out, to see if they would make a difference -- AMAZING! They not only took up a bit more space than the cheesy stock insoles in the boots, but they made them way more comfortable. But the real difference was in my riding -- the ability to make full contact with the bottom of the boot, and the great support, made a huge difference. I could ride all day without pain and rode way better, too. After the season I stuck them in running shoes but I think they are a bit too thick for this purpose, will get the thinner variety for those. Highly recommended!

    Pretty Good, Almost Great

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: Runs small
    • Size Bought: 10

I popped these things in the oven as instructed but when I took them out to insert into my Montrail shoes I think one of the insoles got bunched. Once settled I had one insole that seemed to fit the length of the shoe and another that seemed a few millimeters short. I did try to re-heat the shorter insole but I didn't seem to have much luck correcting my issue.

I wear a size 10.5 and per Montrail's suggestion I purchased a size 10 insole but I am wondering if I might have been better off with the 11.

    Very worthwhile

I put a pair of these in my hiking boots and so far I love them. I've been looking for quite a while for a nice pair of insoles that actually work for my feet. I tried the green superfeet (as well as some other knock off brand insoles), but tossed them all after several months. Superfeet might work for some, but I wholly disagree with their premise that an insole can be comfortable OR supportive but cannot be both. And as such the superfeet just annihilated my feet in order to provide support. These montrails on the other hand did both. There is a decent amount of cushion and great arch support. So you can in fact have both!

Great if you need the support!

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These are great insole's if you need the support! They are pretty aggressive and if you're not used to this type of support you could be hurting a lot after a while! Build up to the support and don't think you can go on a 10 mile run without hurting. Progression is key and you will fall in love. I did not heat mold them and they are doing great!

      Okay but not great

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

These helped decrease the pain in my knees and lower back, but if I wear them for long periods of time my feet start to hurt. The Montrail Enduro Sole LP Footbed (MON0120) are MUCH better.

I didn't use the heated molding option i just stuck them in my running shoes and they've molded just fine. I usually use Superfeet and these have been just as good for running. Using the same shoes just switching out the base insole for these i've noticed a big difference in how my feet feel post run. Super comfortable. Will purchase again in the future.

        Love These Insoles

I used the old version of this insole for several years and this updated model is also great. I use it for an everyday, on my feet support and cushion insole. If you require some arch support to keep your feet feeling good you will like these. I've never bothered to heat and mold them to my feet, just use them straight out of the package.

          Don't waste your money

I have used these in the past and been very happy on all accounts. Cushioning, stability, and durability were great. Fast forward and Montrail/Columbia have messed these up just like their shoes. I used these right out of the box for a marathon and one week later for a 20k trail race. After using twice they compressed to the point of being worthless. Thirty-nine bucks wasted. Should've just spent a little more and bought a new pair of shoes.

            Support and comfort

In the past whenever I bought new boots I would always buy a pr of Superfeet to go in them. While they gave me support they weren't always the most comfortable. The Montrails give you both support and comfort with a small amount of padding which is very much appreciated(but do seem to take up more volumne than the green SF) They do wear out with use and the padding compresses, as a result I usually replace them every season.

              Comfortable for a while

These were very comfortable for about 2 hikes (less than 20 miles total) however I noticed after the 2nd hike the custom molded portion of the footbed had completely packed out and now was flat across the whole thing. I don't fault the product (I'm a big guy, 250+gear) but I wouldn't recommend this to other big guys.

That being said, I purchased the product after many positive reviews from fitter friends.

                Feet Feel Fine

This is a great footbed. Sorry to see it is being discontinued. Hey, if I've got my info wrong, please let me know. I can't find any more of these footbeds and in my humble opinion, they are the most comfortable, sturdy footbeds for people who don't use or need orthotics yet want extra support and cushioning for their feet. I like them better than any other pair of foot support or cushioning system I've tried. If you can find your size, buy them!!!!!

This is an old comment but I figured I would comment anyway... these are by no means being discontinued. We are changing the graphic on the footbed for S'11 but by no means will they be discontinued. We should have plenty of stock! Cheers.
