An ultralight down bag for minimalist backcountry travelers.
The MontBell U.L. Spiral Hugger #3 Sleeping Bag barely weighs over a pound, making a solid choice when ounces count. MontBell’s Spiral Stretch System uses elastic stitching in a spiral pattern to hold the insulation close to your body and reduce cold spots while providing wiggle room. The ultralight shell fabric resists light condensation thanks to its DWR treatment, so if you want to sleep under the stars, feel free.
- Available for shipping only to US and Canadian addresses
- High-loft, low-weight 800-fill insulation
- DWR coating for moisture resistance

This is the only site that lists max user height as 5'10". Is this correct or is it 6'?
According to the MontBell website the max user height is actually 6'
I'm 5' 10" --and a half!--and I don't feel like I'm topping out the bag. 6'0" seems quite safe.
Actually, the Montbell US website lists maximum user height as 5'10" for a regular size. I've seen it listed as 6'0" by online dealers but If Montbell says 5'10", well it's their product..
