The quintessential mid-fat moment-maker.
Now designed with a Mullet Rocker profile, the Moment Tahoe Ski is even more capable and predictable across the entire mountain. Tip rocker and low camber underfoot offer hook-free performance in soft snow and tight trees, while micro-camber sections before and after the binding bite down to prevent washing out in firm conditions. Moment also gave the Tahoe a lower tail to add more running length and make the ski more stable in every size.
Built with tough Extruded UHMW (Ultra-High Molecular Weight)
Polyethylene sidewall construction, the Tahoe is extremely durable,
light, and resistant to separation. Moment
engineers gave the Tahoe a poppy, lightweight aspen and pine wood core that makes
it as sweet and playful on a powder day as it is on freshly groomed
corduroy. The use of pine also makes the Tahoe extremely durable with
solid rebound properties and a long flex life so you're not skiing on a
wet noodle by mid-season. To further enhance the longevity of the flex
profile, Moment incorporated carbon tow threads to the laminate matrix. Up on top, check out the sweet graphics designed by Theocy Design.

should be named tahoe shredders
- Gender: Male
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
i demo'ed a pair last weekend at sugarbowl in tahoe. with this years weird spring like conditions in feb. the snow can change many times, slushy in the sun, good in spots just exposed to the sun, frozen in the shade and crud in the shade and pow in the sun in the trees all in one run. the tahoe slayed all conditions at speed. they dont care the condition they just rip. the micro camber held beautifully on the icy groomers and the rocker just ate up the crud. i'm buying a pair as soon as i finish this review
Best all mountain Ski I have ridden!
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I use this ski at work and absolutely love it! These are extremely light! I mounted mine with Rottefella NTN Freedoms and I absolutely love this setup! They ascend way fast with Pomoca Free Climb rugs. I have used them everyday since 12/15/13 and they never cease to make me smile. They are extremely agile, short radius turns are quick and fun! I have not put them in much soft snow because of how this year is going, but on the firm stuff they handle pretty well. They just don't like hardcore boiler plate, but what ski does? I love that they are handmade in Sparks NV. This is the small ski company I've been looking for. Look them up, they Shred! I purchased two more pairs of their skis because I can really support and promote this small ski company Moment!
All Mountain Greatness

I was looking for a ski around 100mm underfoot but was having a hard time wading through the choices, so I went to the experts for their opinion. Lexi from the Backcountry.com community provided a glowing review of Moment skis she had skied last year, so I thought I would give them a shot.
I cannot assure you that my judgement had not been compromised, but I had some of my best moments on skis in years on these the first day out. That might be because the first morning I got these to Solden, Austria they had just gotten 6" of fresh. It could be the fact that I managed first chair to the upper mountain, or it could be that these things just rock. My first two runs were completely untracked, and these skis kept me smiling the whole way down. But despite the high expectations these left me after my first two runs with them, my stoke didn't fade throughout the rest of the weekend. whether I was carving on the corduroy, slicing through crud, or boot packing to get some fresh lines, I was always impressed by how these skis handled.
Thank you Lexi, and I hope anyone else that picks these up has a similar experience. That would reinforce my theory that they are magic skis.
