All aboard the pow train.

People were somewhat skeptical when Moment mind-melded the Ghost Chant and Night Train into one ski, but the results spoke for themselves. And, to say the least, the Ghost Train is equal parts lightweight, stompy, and pow-er-ful. It's still a pure powder-crushing board, thanks to 123mm underfoot with an extended tip and tail rocker to float through the cold smoke and get super slashy. Not to mention, the Ghost Train is outfitted with a Triple Camber profile, which adds a flat underfoot platform and sections of micro-camber fore and aft of the bindings to improve edge grip and hardpack performance without sacrificing float. But, the Ghost Train will still pivot on a dime and give you nine cents change, however it's more controllable when conditions get variable, making it a better backcountry and post-storm board.

Moment built the Ghost on an aspen and ash core for a killer combo of pop, durability, and sturdiness, and it laid down multiple layers of fiberglass and carbon fiber to give this fatty extra torsional stiffness--think edge control--and boost-boosting pop. It also increased the stiffness of the tail so you can stomp big airs without riding out like a wheelie-mad stuntman. The sandwich construction gives the ski a burly, stable feel, and UHMW sidewalls direct tons of power to your edges for grip when things get sketchy. Use the Rockwell 48 steel edges to lock it down in variable terrain or slash and surf on the speedy Durasurf base when the blower gets extra blowery, but don't doubt the Ghost Train's cold-smokin', big-hittin', jib-doin' chops.
