Reach for the Moment Comi for days that are so freakin' deep that you're tempted to call in to work with an advanced case of slayitis slopis. Hmm ... looks like your roommate caught it too; better toss his boards in the truck. No worries though, at 135mm at the waist, this mega-fat rockered beast will float your sickly body like a hot air balloon on the moon. A hand-laid Aspen wood core adds a helping of lively power so you can really peel your eyelids back sending it hhhhuuuuugeee.

  • Rockered tip for maneuverability in sketchy situations and float for deep storm riding
  • Swallowtail (192cm only) for directional stability in deep powder
  • Handmade in Reno, NV

Bottom Line: Ya, I vant to go fast. Vich 'vay to de Chugach?

No Swallow tail on the 186

By:

THese skis are super sweet... Just a heads up on any one looking at the 186 size, is that there is no swallow tail, just because there is no picture, it does state this above as well, also to give you the heads up, the turn radius is a 29m as well. cheers

I assume you mean "brakes"?

Typically, these are part of your bindings, foot goes in, brakes disengage, foot comes out brakes engage

Dude, it's a FAT ski

I skied this puppy on your classic Squaw day last year: two feet of fresh, heavy powder, with no bottom in sight. The Comi is about as big as it gets: 135 under foot, with a healthy dose of tip rocker, but a powerful, traditionally cambered flex pattern underfoot and through the tail. Obviously, the Comi can float given its size and rocker profile. What I really liked about it, was how powerful the ski felt in beat up snow and sketchy straight lines with the traditional camber underfoot and in the tail. The Comi carves pretty well too, given the traditional sidecut. It isn't the best on a groomer, but is a lot better than a lot of the other weird shapes out there these days. Overall, a ton of fun in the deep and mank.
