Molto Bella.

At 108mm underfoot, the Moment Bella Women's Ski craves fluffy pow, face shots, and storm days, but it's comfortable enough hammering out turns in leftover chop and less-than-perfect conditions too. Moment's signature Mustache Rocker provides the soft snow and crud float and easy turn initiation of rocker at the tip and tail while offering the high-speed stability and edge control of camber underfoot, so you could easily make the Bella your everyday driver if you're living in the snowier parts of the world.

Built with a sandwich construction and tough UHMW sidewalls, the Bella is extremely durable, and can also drive an edge like a narrower ski. To make it an even better all-condition weapon, Moment engineers gave it a poppy, lightweight aspen and pine wood core that makes it as sweet and playful on a powder day as it is powerful through crud and on groomers. A sandwich of fiberglass and carbon fiber stringers provide a killer blend of stability and pop, so you can ski hard and stay playful, and the VDS dampening layer helps reduce edge vibration and keep chatter to a minimum when you're railing through chunder. Moment also integrated a reinforced binding mounting layer, so you never have to sweat the security of your heel pieces.

  • Mustache Rocker (rockered tip and tail, camber underfoot)
  • Aspen and pine core
  • Fiberglass laminates and carbon fiber stringers
  • Sandwich construction with UHMW sidewalls
  • Reinforced binding mount layer
  • Rockwell 48 steel edges with VDS rubber dampening
  • Durasurf 4001 sintered base

Lovely Ladies

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer

Ok, so the graphics. You know that's why you initially wanted these.

But now let me tell you why you can't live without them.

The Bella is THE ski for that perfect powder day. And THE ski for that not-so-perfect, chopped powder, skied-out, half frozen powder day afternoon. I have skied the Bella nearly every day for the past 3 seasons, no matter the conditions, and I never find myself disappointed in my ski choice for the day.

They are lightweight enough that you don't need Lindsey Vonn's thighs to power them through crud or deep snow, but stable at high speeds for those times when a big empty powder field is calling your name, and you imagine the Red Bull helicopter is above filming you charging. (Plus they are hella fun on wide open groomers where you can let loose and allow the ski to do all the work - think sunny spring groomer laps with the bar in sight)

So if el Nino forgets to show up this year, or if it dumps like 08/09, either way I'll be skiing the Bella. Because lets be honest, picking the right jacket/goggle combo is way more of an important decision that which skis to ski that day.
