A Parallel Wave plate in the heel and 10mm ramp provides excellent cushion and stability for long days. Neutral support makes these shoes ideal for those who don't over- or under-pronate. To make sure you don't wash out on slippery ground, Mizuno used an X10 carbon rubber sole.
