The life cycle of water.
While you may not be endowed with the ability to transform water into wine, you're certainly adept at turning water into sweat thanks to the Mizuno Women's Wave Creation 18 Runing Shoe—and your 40-miles per week training routine, of course. The Wave Creation 18 sports a neutral construction and 12mm drop, which makes it ideal for long distance running.
Inspired by the natural ebb and flow of waves, the Creation 18 outfits an Infinity Wave heel to redirect impact away from your foot and reduce foot and leg fatigue. The upper's personalized 3D fit and the lightweight U4ic midsole eliminate weight to give the shoe a barely there feel and a supportive sensation underfoot. Additionally, the Creation 18 boasts a semi-curved design and structured rubber sole to encourage a smooth heel-to-toe transition, increased stride efficiency, and a powerful toe-off.

- Q & A
Holy bright orange shoe!
I love the Mizuno Wave Creation, have had over 12 pairs over the last 7 years (and that is even after avoiding them during versions 15 and 16 because they were awful). I am in desperate need of a fresh pair, and was excited to try to latest update. Love the feel of the shoe, cannot stand the color. I know, I know, function over fashion, but this shoe is not pink. I can handle pink. This is bright highlighter orangish-pink. The photos do not do it justice! Returning and ordering the blue.
Love this shoe!
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
- Fit: True to size

I've been running in Wave Creations for several years and keep coming back. Mizuno has generally been very consistent in its tooling of this particular shoe. I over-pronate and am a moderate runner at best. I highly recommend to someone looking for a good cross between stability and cushion.
