Mixed Use Trail Shoe

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

This is a great hybrid trail/road shoe. Decent tread for trail but not so luggy that you can't wear them on the road too. I've put about 150 miles on them so far. I've worn them for numerous trail runs including a trail half marathon with over 2000' of climbing last November and for a road/trail half marathon with 1200' of climbing in March this year as well as some hikes. The trails I've worn them on are typically hard packed dirt with rocks or looser, more sandy dirt. Haven't tried them in muddy conditions. The curved up toe looks a little funny, but I've yet to stub my toe on a rock or root in these. Fun bright colors. Shoe is right for neutral to very mild overpronation. I'd say these fit true to size: I'm a 6 in these as well as all running shoe brands I've owned: Adidas, Asics, Hoka, New Balance, Merrell, Nike, Saucony.
