Yes'm, it folds down, has large loops on each corner as well. There is also a mesh storage sack for the tarp to go in, this storage sack is stitched in and cannot be removed. In addition to the tarp, the back panel also stows a 30.5" x 19" foam mat. This is sealed in by Velcro™.
