Millet's Steep 27 Backpack doesn't discriminate between backcountry and resort, and neither do you; as long as you're skiing or snowboarding, it's a beautiful day. This backpack carries any type of ski or board vertically, diagonally, or your skis as an A-frame. There are access points to the generous main compartment on the front and back. The Rescue Pocket has easy-to-access slots for your probe and shovel, and the FPP ice axe holder sheathes your axe's sharp points. Millet insulated the hydration compartment so your water doesn't freeze up on frigid dawn patrol skins, and it added two zippered pockets for valuables, electronics, and energy gels. A sleek and snug design makes sure the Steep doesn't slow you down, and snow-shedding fabrics prevent the pack from getting any heavier on pow-filled days.
