Tie into the Millet Silver Triaxiale Single Rope for everything from step sport climbs, to multi-pitch alpine routes. Thanks to Millet’s Triaxiale construction, which bundles the core into three separate strands, this rope will outlast prolonged abuse in the mountains or at the crags. A Hydrophobic dry treatment on the core and sheath helps the rope resist soaking and freezing, and the Silver’s moderate diameter gives you the ideal balance between durability and light weight.

Bottom Line: Durability in triplicate.

Pretty good, I hope it's worth the cost.

I've had this rope for about 9 months now and it gets used quite a lot. I manage a climbing gym and this has been my go to rope since I bought it.

Pros:
1. Excellent hand - easy to work with
2. works well with grigri and reverso
3. lots of stretch gives a soft catch and reduces strain on gear

Cons:
1. the sheath shows wear pretty quickly
2. after a couple of days on ice in NH it gets wet and icy

Overall a pretty good multipurpose rope. I bought this because I read reviews that said it was a workhorse that could take more abuse than any other rope... I'm not yet convinced that this is accurate - the sheath wear on mine is pretty ugly. So far the core still feels good, I'll update my review if anything changes. If you've got the money, go for it.

Nice rope

This is a nice rope with a good feel and a soft catch. I've been using it every weekend for about two months and it is holding up pretty well. The sheath is showing a little of the use but I am happy with it so far. The downfall is that it is pretty expensive compared to other similar ropes.

Great Rope - even if it is from France

We climb about every other weekend in the Schwaebish Alp in Southern Germany. The rope is holding up great! It is smooth thought a Grigri and has a awsome feel. Not to heavy to carry a 70m on a 45min approach.

Its a great choice if you can afford it!
