I have the Millet Origin Pro and the hood is quite small compared to an Arcteryx hood. Not quite sure, but I had to get another helmet to accommodate the smaller hood. It's fine now though. Millet will fit like a slimmer cut Arcteryx jacket (gamma or maybe even the beta). I'm 5'10" - 175 and wear a US Medium in the Origin Pro. It is pretty form fitting, but I can still layer with a capeline and an R1/2.

I cannot say enough good things about this jacket. I used it spring skiing and hiking in Western Canada. The tempertures ranged from below the freezing point to 65 degrees during the afternoon on a couple of the days. There are large pit zips for ventilation so I was able to wear the jacket comfortably all day throughout the temperature range. The quality is first class though the zippers were a little tight at first. We had pretty dry weather so I wasn't able to test it in the rain. This works well as a ski jacket and hiking or mountaineering jacket in cooler weather. The powder skirt helps retain body heat in cooler weather. Obviously the warmth will come from one's choice of layers since this jacket is not insulated. This has certainly become one of my favorite jackets.
One important note regarding sizing: I am normally a U.S. Large with all other Millet jackets. For some reason, the L Radikal jacket is huge so one needs to go down 1 size; I ended up keeping a Medium jacket.
