This fully waterproof mountain pant features Gore-Tex Paclite fabric with Gore-Tex Pro Shell reinforcement panels for durable weather protection in the mountains. Full-length waterproof side zippers let you ventilate or change without taking your boots off, and the articulated knees conform to your athletic movements. Reinforced bottoms resist abrasion from rocks and brush.

I am in search of the Gor-Tex full-zip shell pants for winter hiking in the northeast. Although these were Gortex full zip they were missing a few items that I was looking for. There were no pockets in these pants and they did not have any built in gaiters. ALSO there were no scuff patches on the cuffs. This size was too small for me but the length was interesting, I am a 5'4" woman and a large was almost too short for me. They do have a cinch line in the cuffs, so you could pull them in and put a gaiter over them. There was also a hook on the toe side of the pant to hook to your boots. The seams were all sealed well and the waist had a little elastic stretch.

Casey - You might want to try the Cloudveil Zorro Mens' rain pant in XS, it is not Gore-Tex but holds up nicely in rainy conditions - also the inseam is about 32 and waist is not too bad. Eva
