Good Product - Works as Advertised

For someone who sits on a computer, this is a good exercise tool. It is small, fits in my backpack and brief case. I can pull in out on the commute back and forth or in the office. I have had mine for over 5 years and it has lasted a long time. I recommend it. As it is for my hands and more therapeutic than load bearing exercise, to keep my hands balanced, I do a lot of reps at a time, until my had is tired, then swap.

Total junk; Get a donut instead

Practically zero resistance both ways. Total waste of money if you are stronger than average. Get a donut for less than half the price. It?s junk.
