The ball is fine I don't mind that but the finger web has a poor weak design to it. Mine broke after a few uses. The ball has worked out fine and if nothing else is great for throwing at the sibblings.

The foam is not durable and neither are the extension finger webbing. I would go with something else.

Bought one of these years back. Didn't get much resistance on the extension and after a few days of use the bands snapped. The ball itself was also a bit too soft and the bands get in the way of trying different grips.

It works alright for therapeutic purposes, unless you are very advanced, then I don't think the resistance is strong enough. It is not really a strength builder. There are much better devices for that. But $18.00 for something that may have a bucks worth of material? That is disappointing. I could live with the short durability if the replacement cost wasn't so sky high!

I tore a tendon in my finger doing some 2 finger pull-ups. This helped me while I was out from climbing. The best part about this product is the resistance when extending your fingers. The worst part is it broke after a month of use and it cost too much.

You could try the balance glove.

I was skeptical at first, but this thing really does work well! I had a pretty bad case of tendinitis in my elbows and forearms, and using this seemed to help with the pain and keeping my grip strength up while I was sidelined from climbing. Obviously, the unique aspect of this product is the finger loop rubber band, which provides resistance when extending the fingers as well as when closing them. I think that's what makes this stand out among the millions of squishy grip trainers out there. Even after my tendons healed up, I've continued using it from time to time, mostly just sitting at my desk at work.
