    Intense!

    • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

    The rock climbing gym I work for opened in March and ever since we are always adding new things. Recently we finished our Campus board using these rungs. I can do the large ones going up absolutely fine and I am working on going down them, we have all three sizes so I can work on them and get better but it is definitely a great tool to get your game up. Even knowing I can buy my own I have contemplated on making my own but never have the free time so I'll get this workout at the gym. Awesome tool, builds strength like no other, just be careful not to do it too much. If you are not careful and campus too often it can cause tendon damage. Otherwise happy campusing!
