Description

Tights are for dancers.

The baggy fit of the Mavic Men's Notch Short allows you to pad up for the big scary stuff. Two cargo pockets carry your snacks and the ever-important lift ticket stub (does anybody actually hang onto those?) and the stretchy material won't grab or bind when you get all tweaked and stylie in mid-air.

I really like these shorts, the cut and material are excellent, fairly light weight but very durable. Styling and color are pretty good. My only complaints are the pockets are not so great (they are low on the side of the leg and are pretty much useless when riding) and they run really big (in other words if you normally wear a medium, buy a small...) Also, I am not a fan of the elastic waist band all the way across the back, looks kinda ugly in my opinion, so i make sure to wear a longer jersey to cover it up when I wear these shorts.

So this description, says" allows you to pad up". Don't allow this to lead you to think that this short has a pad. It is basically a big worthless pair of over-shorts. No pad, and a complete joke.

that leads me to believe you can wear crash pads underneath the shorts

"allows you to pad up" does not mean, "padded under shorts included". Get a clue.

"pad up" means you CAN wear a chamoi underneath not that it has one
