Great thin sock

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:True to size

Another reviewer mentioned size large being too small for size 11, but this sock fits perfectly on a size 10 foot with zero discomfort.

It's thin and breathable, and the soft yarns supposedly have some technology that prevents bacteria from growing in the fibers (no odor). I've yet to put this to the test, though, and time will tell how these hold up--although I anticipate thinner socks wearing through more quickly, and a few washes in, I already see white pilling from some internal stretchy fibers breaking. On the plus side, the thinness allows them to slide into shoes really easily, and the tab on the back is a welcome feature for resisting heel-slip and Achilles-rub.

I purchased these on a quest for a plain, low-cut sock that I could replace my entire drawer with, and I'm pretty happy with these so far. They may not be ideal if you're looking for a cushioned sock or one for cold weather, but if you're into thin socks, these are great.

Mavic Low socks

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times

They run small. My size 11 foot was too big for the size L sock but they did the job. I did not use them for cycling; used them for walking and wanted a thin fabric sock which these fit that description.
