Spicy Black Bean Couscous

This was among my favorites of the MJF meals, but like most, it was soupy if made as directed. Cut back a couple ounces on the water, and let it sit for a few more minutes than directed. And while I love the MJF foods, I'm going with four stars, as I have to hold back on the coveted five-star food rating.
