Organic eggs are something to crow about! Uncaged, happy hens produce the eggs that go into Mary Jane's Bac'un and Egg Scrambler. In this mix Mary Jane's thrown them together with soy bits resembling bacon and some sharp cheddar cheese powder. Just add water and scramble. Ready in minutes.

Bottom Line: Delectable backcountry breakfast.

Good flavor. The kids even ate it and enjoyed it. Definitely needs a non-stick pan or oil. It also fit into our mess kit pan. Would buy it again.

I can't believe it's not bacon!

This stuff is the perfect breakfast. I know it’s not real bacon, but honestly it’s hard to believe that when you’re eating this stuff. Perfect size for you and your hiking buddy. I love how easy it is to clean up. Super easy to cook over a stove or fire too!

Sub par scrambler.

I found this meal to be a little low on the flavor end. Most of the Mary Jane meals are pretty tasty. This one made very little, took too much work to prepare, and too much mess to clean up.
