I bought this shirt for every day use but where it shines most is during hard exercise. It's currently my go to for mountain biking and I also wore it backpacking in Rocky Mountain National Park. The shirt has perforated breathable panels on the sides for air flow. Because it was on sale and I liked how well this shirt felt against my skin I bought two more. I am 5'10 at 148 lbs. and I wear a medium.
I wore my white one mountain biking on Porcupine Rim when the temp was around 88 degrees and felt pretty comfortable.

Used once for going to the gym for a 90 minute workout. Totally functional. It wasn't too tight or too lose.

This tech shirt works great for my bike rides and runs. It fits well and is light weight. True Marmot quality.

I use this mostly for trail running and it seems to wick well. It's pretty light and has a sporty fit, so it does exactly what I bought it to do.

6 foot 200 lbs and I ordered the large. Fits great as it's not too snug but roomy enough for a tighter long sleeve base. I have broad shoulders and the shirt hit me mid hip lengthwise.

im 6 foot 3 and went with a medium... so i would say it runs large... great fitted look for me but im pretty slender overall happy looks good on me

The shirt has a nice feel and looks good; however, for my taste, it is a bit thin. You may disagree; there is no harm in trying it. Also, the shirt does NOT run large. it is very close to its stated size.

Great wicking shirt, soft and super light. I'm 6'1" 180lbs with an athletic build and I originally bought a Large. The fit was loose and long, so I returned it for a Medium. The Medium fits me perfect! It fits like a shirt and not a compression type workout shirt.

These are good shirts. They are true to normal fit. I have not had them long, but so far they are not stinky after two days of wearing them. They are quite comfortable.

Super ventilation and whicking power are the best traits to this shirt along with some sweet style. Be careful when drying after wash as it tends to shrink a little with high heat.

I am a big fan of this shirt. Its great for hiking, biking, climbing and pretty much any activity. The fit is just right being fitted but not too tight and it allows for complete freedom of movement. Also, I have not had any issues with snags or loose threading as was stated by a reviewer below and I have washed this shirt quite a few times.

Perfect running shirt, perfect undershirt for my Marmot button ups.. I wear a medium in this. A large in the button up. The green is the best shade of green ever. The cut is wicked good for freedom of movement and close but not a tight fit.

I picked up the Windridge shirt for warm weather hiking and working out. So far no complaints. The fit is athletic, I?m 6?2, 230lbs and it is a little snug but what I wanted in this shirt. No issues with snags from the wash or the brush. Another key feature which is not specified is this shirt does not hold the funk. If you have owned several tech shirts you know what I am talking about.
