Awesome, but Not Perfect
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
I love this pack, but it's certainly not without flaws. It's a great size for tossing a in water bottle and light jacket for quick bike rides around the city. I've used it for hiking and travel as well, but it does seem to fit a bit less than expected (possibly due to the outer material). The outside pockets are easy to access and nice for smaller items that you don't want to have to rummage around the inside zipper pocket for, BUT they are the same material as the rest of the bag, and do not stretch. This is my biggest wish for this bag, that the outer material be changed to a stretchy mesh. If you fill the main inside compartment, there will be no room in the outside pockets. If the outside material were sewn on a little loser and a changed to a stretchy mesh, those 3 pockets would be a lot more useful when the main compartment is full. I like that when you put it on, the straps will automatically cinch some and close the top (I'm lazy so it works great). But the straps/top cinch and inner zipper pocket can get in the way when you're trying to put things in the bag.

Great Little Bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife is always throwing stuff together for day trips to the beach, park, etc. and this bag works great. It is durable and convenient to throw around.

Surprising capable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best dog bag ever! I’ve been looking for a sturdy, simple bag to store training gear for my retriever for years. This has been better than the purpose built stuff. Great for storing items for one activity (hike/etc)

Not practically designed.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a well made bag, but it misses the mark for me in couple of ways; 1) the top appears designed to catch (and retain) rain and 2) the straps limit access to the top pocket. I donated it to our school's yard sale.

Great Quality
I am impressed with the quality of this bag. I purchased the Small Hauler in navy/wine and absolutely love the color. The size works for a quick day adventure. I’ll use it for snacks/water and a few personal items. This bag is versatile and I’m so glad I bought it!!!
